About Molly
Molly Rampe Thomas is a licensed social worker and the founder and CEO of JustChoice, an adoption agency dedicated to supporting women and promoting open adoption practices. Her passion for child and family advocacy led her to establish Choice Network, now known as JustChoice, to provide a safe space for women to explore their options during pregnancies. Under her leadership, JustChoice has been recognized for its commitment to inclusivity, particularly in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and couples in the adoption process. JustChoice has also received the Human Rights Campaign’s All Children All Families Innovative Level Seal of Approval.
- Children: A mom to one adopted daughter, two biological children, a foster child, and hosting babies whenever needed.
- Family-building journey: My journey to parenthood began when I met my daughter’s mom. Together, we created an adoption plan for our daughter, Gia. One year later, we welcomed my son Louie, followed by Penelope aka Pip, our exclamation point. But the the home always has room for more, whether through foster care or hosting – we can always have more kids more to love on.
- Parenting advice: At JustChoice, we believe “we belong to each other” and that has served as a guiding principle in my parenting. Two pieces of advice shape my approach: if I do harm, I repair it, and I parent from a place of abundance and peace, working really hard to be fully present with my family—the greatest gift I can give.
