I am thrilled to share exciting news: GWK Academy is transitioning to a non-profit organization!

This evolution marks a significant milestone in our mission to support LGBTQ+ individuals in their journey to parenthood, and I want to take a moment to share why this change is so important and what it means for our community.

From the beginning, GWK Academy has been about more than just providing information—it’s been about building a movement, a place where hopeful LGBTQ+parents can access the guidance, education, and resources they need to make their dreams of family a reality. By becoming a non-profit, we can expand our reach, deepen our impact, and ensure that financial barriers never stand in the way of anyone accessing the critical support they need.

What excites me most about this next chapter is that GWK Academy is no longer just focused on gay men—we are expanding to serve the entire LGBTQ+ community. No matter your identity or the path you choose, we are here to guide you. We are one of the only organizations that covers all family-building options, including biological and adoptive pathways. Whether you are considering surrogacy, IVF, IUI, adoption, or foster care, GWK Academy is committed to ensuring you have the information and support you need to make the best choice for your family.

This transition allows us to partner more effectively with individuals, businesses, and organizations that share our commitment to family equality and enables us to develop more educational content and provide direct assistance to those navigating the complexities of family-building. It also strengthens our ability to advocate for policies that protect and empower LGBTQ+ families. I am incredibly grateful to each and every one of you—our community members, partners, and allies—who have supported this vision. Your passion and dedication have made GWK Academy what it is today, and with your continued support, we will reach even greater heights.
