I joined the GWK board because I want to continue to be a voice for queer parents, specifically after birth. After becoming a Dad, I realized there is a significant drop off of information and visibility for queer parents after the children are born, and I want to be an advocate for the lives of queer parents after birth, and how to navigate the challenging role of parent.
